  1. Creating your HOT CHAT Account
    You can create a new HOT CHAT account by clicking on the Create New Account button on the Login Screen. Enter the requested information. See the descriptions below for what the various fields mean.

  2. Modifying your HOT CHAT Account
    You may want want to change your details after creating your account. You must login before you can do so.
    1. Changing details from Windows
      To change your details, select User Setup from the Edit menu.
    2. Changing details from a Web Browser
      To change your details, select User Setup from the options at the top of the page.
    Values listed in orange are essential, but others are optional. If you are not sure what a value means, it is described in more detail to the right, or you can click on the value name for more information in the windows client.

  3. What the fields mean
    1. In the Windows client
      Values listed in bold are required. Others are optional. To find out more about what a field means, click on the field name.
    2. In a Web Browser
      Values listed in orange are required. Others are optional. A description of what the field means is given to the right of it.
